Job description

At Holistic Integration, weโ€™re looking for a passionate Health Coach to join our patient care team. In this role, youโ€™ll work directly with patients to interpret diagnostics, design supplement protocols, and guide them through personalized wellness plans that address the root cause of their health concerns.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Interpret functional lab results and assessments (hormone panels, GI maps, hair analysis, etc.)
  • Use in-house tools like Electrodermal Screening (EDS)/Avatar to test supplements against patient responses
  • Create customized supplement protocols tailored to each patientโ€™s needs
  • Develop functional care plans with supplement, lifestyle, and service recommendations
  • Communicate clearly with patients so they understand the purpose of each recommendation
  • Collaborate with the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and providers to align care plans
  • Support patients in achieving their functional health goals and ensure follow-up steps are in place
  • Educate patients on the importance of compliance, consistency, and long-term wellness
  • Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and patient education events

Who You Are

  • Certified Health Coach (FMCHC, IIN, or similar) or Clinical Nutritionist preferred
  • Experienced in interpreting labs and designing supplement-based care plans OR highly motivated to learn
  • Knowledgeable in functional medicine concepts and natural health practices
  • Confident using diagnostic tools and supplements to guide protocols
  • Compassionate communicator who educates and empowers patients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through
  • Team-oriented and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic setting

What We Offer

  • Bonus opportunities tied to patient success and supplement compliance
  • Advanced training in diagnostics, EDS systems, and integrative health tools
  • A mission-driven environment with a supportive, growth-focused team
  • Discounts on holistic services and wellness programs

This role is more than coachingโ€”itโ€™s about leading patients through a transformative healing journey. If youโ€™re ready to dive deep, interpret diagnostics, and guide patients with confidence and care, weโ€™d love for you to apply and join us at Holistic Integration.
