Job description

Description:
  • Full-time position during the school year 
  • Work in classrooms and intervention settings with students individually or in small groups 
  • Reinforce teacher-directed instruction and learning activities
  • Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, recess, lunch, field trips, and other school events as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with classroom and special education teachers
  • Participate in staff meetings, faith formation, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required
  • Support implementation of accommodations and modifications outlined in student support plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned (lunch duty and dismissal duty)
Requirements:
  •  Ability to work effectively with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a school team
  • Hours: 7:50 a.m.-3:50 p.m
