The Plant Manager leads all aspects of plastic injection molding plant operations, ensuring optimal performance across production, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and driving continuous improvement across the facility. A strong leader, the Plant Manager builds and mentors a high-performing team, fosters employee engagement, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize manufacturing processes, organizational structure, and KPIs.
  • Lead and manage production, scheduling, shipping/receiving, and materials usage.
  • Drive strategic improvements in safety, quality, cost control, and delivery.
  • Build and develop a strong leadership team; set clear performance expectations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and operational excellence.
  • Oversee capital projects, plant upgrades, and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal safety and environmental policies.
  • Promote strong cross-functional communication and team collaboration.
  • Manage plant budgets, labor planning, and P&L performance.
  • Use data and root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications:
