  • 3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience using AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Glassbox, and Dynatrace
  • Experience publishing and maintaining technical documentation
  • 3+ years leading implementations and supporting production changes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy
  • 3+ years scripting and automation experience
  • 3+ years with Ansible, Salt, Python, and PowerShell
  • 2+ years migrating legacy applications to Pivotal Cloud Foundry and other cloud platforms
  • 2+ years of Kafka messaging and Apache Tomcat
  • 2+ years with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra
