Job Description:

Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (Full Time) 

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho

The Role: 

At Ivy Rehab, a Clinic Director (CD) is essentially the CEO of their space. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to balance high-quality, hands-on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. Backed by Ivy's extensive corporate support network, you will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, own your clinic's financial health, and build strong referral relationships within your local community. 

Compensation: 

  • $90,000 to $115,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) 

  • Competitive Director bonus plan (starting at $6K potential annually) 

  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

How to be successful in this role: 

  • Growth mindset + Passion for mentoring and developing teammates 

  • Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships. 

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. 

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
