Baptist DeSoto is a 339-bed acute care hospital and one of the premier healthcare destinations in North Mississippi. The emergency department cares for more than 65,000 annual visits and serves as a Level III Trauma Center with comprehensive specialty support, advanced cardiovascular services and stroke-certified care. 
As assistant medical director, you'll partner with an engaged leadership team committed to clinical excellence, physician collaboration, operational innovation and patient-centered care.
