About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Twin Falls, Idaho, 83301!

Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Location

Twin Falls, ID

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required; holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a combined ICU/PCU unit (16 ICU beds, 14 PCU beds) at nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1–2 (ICU) and 1:3 (PCU)
  • Manage and titrate standard ICU drips including vasoactive and sedative medications; perform mild titrations within written parameters on the PCU side
  • Care for a diverse patient population including vented patients, stroke (TNK), targeted temperature management (TTM) using Zoll/Thermoguard cooling, sepsis, trauma, CRRT, and vascular cases
  • Read and interpret telemetry strips independently; collaborate with on-unit tele techs who monitor in-house and sister sites
  • Float between ICU and PCU patients within the same unit as needed
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including intensivists (eICU coverage nights), 24/7 hospitalists, and 24/7 respiratory therapy
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN licensure
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Hands-on experience with Thermoguard/Zoll cooling and targeted temperature management (TTM) — required
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR — required
  • Previous travel nursing experience — required
  • Ability to titrate drips and interpret telemetry independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Familiarity with CRRT, vasoactive drip management, and complex ICU patient populations
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including block scheduling consideration based on unit needs
