Travel Director of Nursing (DON) – Long-Term Care | Spring Grove, MN

Location: Spring Grove, MN
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Long-Term Care facility in Spring Grove, MN. This leadership role requires flexibility to support other shifts and assist on the nursing floor as needed.

Requirements
  • Active Minnesota RN License
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
  • Previous Manager, Lead Nurse, or DON experience strongly preferred
  • Matrix EMR experience preferred
Assignment Details
  • 38-bed Long-Term Care facility
  • Provides short-term and long-term care
  • Mostly day shifts with occasional flexibility for other shifts
  • Rotating on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • No floating
  • Casual dress code
