We are seeking a Global Human Resources Director to help lead our Flavors and Extracts business.  If you're a strategic Human Resources leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, building high-performing teams, and driving this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.


You will serve as a trusted partner to the President of the Global Flavors and Extracts business while leading the people strategy for an international business. This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role that combines executive-level strategy with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape talent, culture, and business performance across multiple global locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the President and senior leadership team to develop and execute the global people strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, succession planning, compensation, and performance management.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to provide strategic guidance while supporting day-to-day operational needs across global locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and support future growth.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies while promoting consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success partnering with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
  • Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, and change management.
  • Experience leading Human Resources initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Experience supporting both union and non-union environments is preferred.
  • International Human Resources experience is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
