You will lead a team responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration across various departments and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will oversee the strategic vision and execution of marketing initiatives for Disney+ and Hulu, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal marketing department leads and cross-line of business partners, including content marketing leaders across brands, franchise, paid media, social and creative teams plus more.

  • Facilitate department-wide brainstorms, championing big ideas and innovative thinking.

  • Present campaign strategy and updates to large groups, ensuring integration and consistent messaging across all marketing departments and activities.

  • Approve campaign messaging across all materials, ensuring consistency and integration with wider marketing campaigns.

  • Partner with Disney Entertainment content teams on high-impact original programming campaigns to grow Disney+ and Hulu, develop customized content, and create targeted programs to enhance visibility and social awareness.

  • Provide financial oversight of Disney+ and Hulu brand marketing, partnering with Finance in budgeting, AOP & Five Year Planning process, and day-to-day P&A management.

  • Create materials and internal pitching tools, tailoring the messaging to suit the audience.

  • Secure all necessary approvals on marketing elements, championing marketing executions and obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television, or a related field.

  • Experience creating strategy and executing brand campaigns.

  • Experience interfacing with high-level executives and stakeholders.

  • Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations.

  • High degree of competency around budget management and campaign planning.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, specifically large group presentations.

  • Ability to customize and tailor communication style and approach for different audiences.

  • Strong credibility and executive presence.

  • Willingness to take risks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lead a diverse team and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Open to international and domestic travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

  • Experience marketing entertainment content and/or subscription-based services.

  • Proven success in building an iconic brand in the direct-to-consumer space.

  • Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to develop relationships and strengthen existing partner channels.
