Job Description:

Wilson Utility Helicopters has immediate opening for a Base/Field Helicopter Mechanic to support the power line construction helicopter operations in the field and at our Maintenance Facility in Acampo California. Prior Bell 407 and/or Bell 205A++ experienced applicants may be offered a direct 14/14 schedule. 

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years Total Helicopter Maintenance
  • 2 years of Bell 407
  • 4 Year of Bell 205A++ Experience
  • 2 year of Helicopter Field Maintenance preferred
  • A&P (IA a plus)

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Favorable Consideration to:

  • Bell 407 Factory School or Equivalent
  • Bell 205 /212 Maintenance Training
  • Able to obtain a CDL/Hazmat/tanker
  • Mechanics who live in Northern CA

Other requirements:


  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be willing to learn and operate Aeronet (Maintenance Tracking Software)
  • Must be able to establish a safe working relationship with co-workers
  • Must be capable of managing time, work load and parts in field operations
