Domus is hiring our first Head of Sales.

We're building the compliance OS for the $100B community association industry. Statute-clocked workflows, CC&R predicate engine, drafted notices that hold up in an OAH hearing. Arizona today, 50 states next.

The product works. Communities are signing. We need someone to run the go-to-market motion before I keep doing it in the margins of my day.

What the role actually is:
  • Own the pipeline end-to-end. HOA boards, self-managed communities, management companies.
  • Build the playbook from a founder-led motion into something repeatable.
  • Hire the first AEs under you once the motion is proven.
  • Report to me. Sit close to product. Close deals yourself for the first 6 months.
