In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive the strategy, execution, and scale of global account-based marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth, support a $10M partner acquisition revenue target, and advance Global Payments' expansion across international markets. By combining data-driven marketing, artificial intelligence-powered prospecting, and innovative go-to-market strategies, you will create measurable business impact, strengthen alignment between marketing and sales, and build the frameworks that enable teams around the world to engage the right accounts, convert demand faster, and fuel long-term growth. What you'll own
  • Lead and scale the global account-based marketing strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs, driving pipeline growth, partner acquisition, and measurable contribution toward a $10M revenue target.
  • Build and operationalize a global center of excellence for ABM, establishing playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate adoption across regions and business units.
  • Transform pipeline generation through artificial intelligence-powered engagement, leveraging 6sense AI Agents and integrated go-to-market technologies to increase scalability, improve account targeting, and drive faster lead conversion.
  • Own top-of-funnel performance and funnel outcomes, influencing account engagement, marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales qualified lead (SQL) progression, pipeline velocity, and sourced and influenced revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders worldwide to align growth priorities, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and increase business impact.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise ABM programs, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many engagement models.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with SDR teams and leveraging ABM platforms, CRM systems, and sales intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience measuring pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact across global organizations.
