We’re looking for a Technical Media Producer (TMP) who isn't just a button-pusher, but a digital-first director ready to own the airwaves. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

What You'll Do:
* Direct live productions: Take the lead on newscasts and local productions, ensuring every transition is seamless and every shot is on point.
* Own the airwaves: Monitor on-air signals and transmitter logs with precision, keeping us compliant and crystal clear for our audience.
* Drive digital content: Ingest daily programming and commercials while crafting elements for our web channels to keep our digital audience engaged.
* Master live events: Run local commercial breaks for live sporting events - because when the game is on the line, our execution has to be perfect.
* Collaborate across teams: Work closely with news and production crews to bring our stories to life across every platform we own.
* Maintain the standard: Ensure all FCC logs and station requirements are met with a "zero-fail" mindset.
* Our systems: Ross Overdrive automation, Ross production video switcher, MCR/Harris automation, Platinum House routing system, VizRT graphics, Adobe Photoshop, ENPS, Edius editing software.
