Our client located in Prattville, Alabama is looking for a Director of Human Resources for the Americas to join their team:

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the support of 5 facilities located in Alabama, Ohio, Canada and Mexico.
  • Serve a trusted advisor to the president to lead workforce planning, engagement strategy, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, compliance and compensation.
  • Oversee the HR team and manage day to day HR expectations
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team on HR strategy and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Plant manufacturing experience with Mexico required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Full Relocation package available. Excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K and Pet Insurance. Salary Range: $150K - $175K plus bonus potential.
