This position will be required to be onsite at the corporate office in Irving, TX Lead Fuel Supply Strategy. Drive Margin Growth. Optimize Performance.

7-Eleven is seeking a Director - Fuel Supply & Optimization to lead fuel supply strategies across a growing convenience retail network.

This role is responsible for optimizing fuel procurement, supply economics, logistics, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability while ensuring reliable product availability.

Working closely with Trading, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership, you will identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve margins, and drive strategic business initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute market specific fuel supply strategies across U.S. markets.
  • Analyze market conditions, supply and demand trends, pricing, and transportation economics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Drive supply chain efficiencies that reduce costs and improve fuel margins.
  • Lead supplier relationships and support negotiation of fuel supply agreements and commercial contracts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives that enhance profitability and operational performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team while influencing stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in fuel supply, refined products, or commodity trading.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. refined products markets, supply economics, and commercial strategy.
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience with commodity markets, logistics economics, and ETRM/MarketView platforms #LI-KA1
