This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of internet, video, voice, and structured cabling systems for residential and business customers. This role requires a strong technical background in copper and fiber-based technologies, including DSL, VDSL, ADSL, FTTH, CBRS, Ethernet, and PoE systems. The technician serves as a direct point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while efficiently resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include configuring and supporting customer premise equipment, performing structured cabling installations, diagnosing service impairments, maintaining accurate service documentation, and supporting infrastructure-related projects.
