Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a critical on-site role where you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in construction project management especially in FTTH projects, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee on-site operations, providing strong leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while upholding company standards.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and implement corrective actions to guarantee project specifications are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize disruptions and cost overruns.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and implement best practices for a safe and secure work environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
  • Proven expertise in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, contract negotiation, and blueprint reading.
  • Strong abilities in site supervision, quality control, and safety management.
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
