Job Summary

The Business Development team is seeking new talent to support and accelerate the growth of Matiss Ultrasonic Food Cutting Systems and Robotics.Reporting to the Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new business within specific territories in the United States.


Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects and opportunities and convert them into tangible business.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
  • Co-develop strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Audit and analyze the short- and long-term needs of prospects and clients.
  • Draft and present tailored technical proposals.
  • Negotiate business agreements.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Define account strategies by identifying growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction opportunities.
  • Maintain continuous industry monitoring to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, association events, and seminars.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Perform any other tasks related to company needs.


Experience and Skills

  • Technical degree in automation or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful B2B sales experience with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Experience in the food equipment industry.
  • Dynamic, motivated personality with strong results orientation (entrepreneurial mindset).
  • Excellent teamwork skills your motto isWinning Together.
  • Solid experience in negotiating and closing sales with production directors and engineers.

Additional Information

  • Comprehensive training will be provided upon hiring, at the headquarters.
