Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership
    • Support the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision.
    • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, including payroll and overhead expense planning.
    • Perform monthly financial analysis and report insights to senior leadership.
    • Identify business opportunities and drive profitability.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee accounting operations to ensure compliance with hotel procedures and internal controls.
    • Manage timelines for monthly reporting and ensure accuracy of journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
    • Review expense reports, payroll records, and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
    • Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
  • Controls, Compliance & Risk
    • Ensure all financial records and supporting documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
    • Safeguard company assets including cash, contracts, and financial systems.
    • Prepare for internal and external audits.
  • Cash & Treasury Management
    • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monitor daily cash balances.
    • Ensure deposits, payments, and reconciliations are handled accurately.
  • Team & Culture
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and capable finance team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $114,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
