As Hussle expands across affiliate and direct sales verticals, we are investing in customer facing enablement leadership to ensure our customers realize value quickly and at scale.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Manager of Field Enablement and Affiliate Sales to work directly with Hussle customers to drive adoption, usage, and performance across their field organizations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, sales enablement, and strategy and is responsible for helping customers operationalize Hussle to support their affiliate and direct sales models.
This is not a product management role. It is a hands on enablement role focused on execution, education, and measurable outcomes for customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with customers to design and execute field enablement strategies using the Hussle platform
  • Help customers translate their sales, onboarding, and engagement goals into practical workflows within Hussle
  • Lead enablement sessions for corporate teams, leaders, and field users
  • Drive adoption and sustained usage across affiliate and direct sales organizations
  • Identify gaps in customer execution and recommend best practices to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support renewals, expansions, and long term account health
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams based on real world customer usage

Qualifications

  • Ability to work directly with customers at both the corporate and field leadership level
  • Comfort driving outcomes tied to adoption, usage, and revenue impact
  • Highly organized and execution focused

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms in a customer facing role
  • Background in affiliate, direct selling, or MLM environments
