We're growing our dissertation faculty at Regent University's School of Education!

We are seeking experienced educators and scholars to serve as adjunct dissertation chairs for students in our Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy mentoring emerging scholars and helping doctoral students turn meaningful research ideas into completed dissertations that can make a difference in education.

Our dissertation chairs guide and encourage students throughout the research process, provide practical and constructive feedback, and help students successfully navigate the milestones of their dissertation journey.

We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in:

Adult Education Advanced Educational Leadership Character Education Christian Education Leadership Curriculum & Instruction Educational Psychology Educational Technology & Online Learning Exceptional Education Executive Leadership Higher Education Higher Education Leadership & Management K-12 School Leadership Special Education

What we're looking for:
An Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education from an appropriately accredited institution
Completion of a traditional qualitative or quantitative dissertation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in APA Style
Comfort working with online instructional technology
A commitment to timely, thoughtful, and constructive feedback
Alignment with Regent University's Christian mission and values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity

Compensation is $100 per credit hour, per student.
