  • Part-time; 25 hours per week
  • Seeking a physician with a passion for innovation and team development to join the Horizon Program.
  • This role is ideal for physicians interested in expanding their influence, improving care delivery, and contributing to organizational decision-making.
  • This position may also offer the potential for a successful physician to progress into a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.
  • As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, provides medical services to patients in an assigned area.
  • ###About the Horizon Program:
  • The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine.
  • This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.
