One to One Health is seeking a full time Fitness Specialist to join our team located at Caesars Entertainment in Vegas!

The Fitness Specialist is responsible for supporting members in achieving their health and fitness goals through exercise instruction, program design, and wellness education. This role provides direct supervision of fitness activities and ensures a safe and engaging environment.

Job requirements:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized exercise programs
  • Instruct members on proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
  • Monitor participant safety and provide immediate assistance when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas
  • Support group fitness classes and wellness programming
  • Document member progress and maintain accurate records
  • Promote member engagement and retention through positive interactions

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and safety standards
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and educate diverse populations
