Job description

314e Corporation seeks a Director, Epic Applications. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States; if reporting to a physical office is required, the worksite is 301 Oxford Valley Rd, Yardley, PA 19067. This role leads Epic application and integration strategy across healthcare technology platforms, establishing the standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices that make our solutions scalable, compliant, and interoperable. The Director serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on Epic applications, clinical workflows, and interoperability requirements, and provides technical and functional guidance to healthcare IT project teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in healthcare IT
  • Experience with functional and technical analysis of Epic-based healthcare applications
  • Experience with Epic integrations and healthcare data exchange
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration supporting enterprise healthcare software initiatives
  • Experience providing technical or functional guidance to healthcare IT project teams
Role Objectives
  • Lead Epic application and integration strategy across healthcare technology platforms
  • Establish Epic integration standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for scalable, compliant, and interoperable solutions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Epic applications, clinical workflows, and interoperability requirements
  • Perform functional and technical analysis of Epic-based healthcare applications
  • Guide the design and delivery of Epic integrations and healthcare data exchange
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise healthcare software initiatives
