Ferguson is currently seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team! This position will focus on EPC projects.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), preferably within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH.
The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
EPC Project Management Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.
  • Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
  • Monitor progress of overall construction activities.
  • Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.
  • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.
  • Help implement suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.
  • Handle the "day to day" project operations, such as site buys and expediting.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience. Minimum 3 - 5 years preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.
  • Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
  • Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

Pay Range:
Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
$15.58 - $29.08
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
