The ideal candidate will have a chemistry, environmental science, or related technical degree; 5 to 10 years of relevant experience; and strong attention to detail in laboratory coordination, analytical data review, and environmental database management.

Location: This is a remote position. Occasional travel may be required to support project site visits, client meetings, training, or collaboration at Hana office locations.

Core Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with analytical laboratories, project managers, field teams, and senior technical staff to support sampling events, laboratory analyses, data deliverables, and project reporting needs.
  • Review laboratory analytical data packages and data validation reports for completeness, quality control compliance, data usability, and consistency with project planning documents, laboratory methods, and client requirements.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other common data management, reporting, and document preparation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal environmental programs, including projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of War, or other government clients.
  • Familiarity with data validation, Department of Defense Quality Systems Manual requirements, PFAS or emerging contaminant data, and environmental remediation reporting.

Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, technical capabilities, and relevant environmental database/data validation experience.
