Location: Hybrid King of Prussia - on site 3 days/week


We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5+ engineers responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise endpoint management solutions. This role will provide both technical leadership and people management while driving the organization's endpoint strategy across modern workplace technologies and Microsoft infrastructure.


Required Qualifications


* 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.


* 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, including direct management responsibilities.


* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), and Windows endpoint administration.


* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, Windows 10/11, and PowerShell scripting.


* Experience managing endpoint security controls, compliance policies, and device management standards.


* Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.


* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
