Job description


  • Lead Agile ceremonies for the team, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other recurring execution forums.

  • Partner with engineering, systems, calibration, validation, and integration stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timing.

  • Support planning and execution activities across the development lifecycle, including coordination for larger program milestones and team commitments.

  • Help the team identify, track, and remove impediments that affect delivery, quality, or execution efficiency.

  • Drive transparency in team progress, risks, issues, and dependency management through clear communication and structured follow-up.

  • Work closely with technical leaders and key stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable team plans and execution focus.

  • Promote strong Agile discipline, predictable execution, and continuous improvement across team processes and ways of working.

  • Support backlog health by helping ensure epics, stories, and tasks are high quality, appropriately defined, prioritized, sequenced for execution, and managed effectively in Jira to support predictable and efficient sprint execution.

  • Facilitate cross-functional problem solving when execution issues span multiple teams, domains, or organizations.

  • Help establish and maintain effective team operating rhythms, metrics, and reporting to support delivery and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile team execution in a structured and disciplined manner.

  • Experience coordinating work across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical disciplines.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify execution risks, manage dependencies, and help remove blockers.

  • Experience working with technical teams in software, embedded systems, controls, or related engineering environments.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on team delivery commitments and overall program objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
