Introduction
Join our dynamic Product Development Team as a key player in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Explorer and Aviator vehicle lines. As part of the EVDD (EV's, Digital and Design) team, you'll be at the forefront of resolving electrical system issues, ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards for our customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Systems Engineering
  • Root cause analysis
  • Quality improvement
  • Low voltage wiring
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Electrical Wiring
  • Functional knowledge of vehicle electrical system
  • Functional knowledge of vehicle wiring system
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead resolution of design and quality issues by defining issues and determining initial root cause
  • Support daily warranty claim binning, triaging incoming claims, and prioritizing containment actions
  • Manage the change process for Engineering Issues, coordinating plant trials, and leading the sign-off process
  • Attend VRT sub-system meetings, working with supporting skill teams to resolve quality & design issues
  • Review internal end-of-line electrical issues and develop work plans to resolve them
  • Lead design resolution of low voltage EDS issues
  • Participate in vehicle builds and lead resolution of issues
  • Develop business cases for engineering changes using facts and applicable data
