Job Summary
Faculty and instructors are responsible for curriculum, teaching, service, scholarship, and related administrative activities that support the mission, vision, and values of the university.
The College of Education and Human Services at Lindenwood University invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Educational Leadership.
Qualified applicants will possess a doctorate in education with specialization in curriculum and instruction, school administration, district administration, or higher education administration. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 4 courses ( 3 credit hours) each semester. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online. All Lindenwood faculty members are expected to advise and mentor students, continue to develop their expertise through research and scholarship, and participate in faculty governance and campus life.
The Assistant/Associate Professor of Educational Leadership is a full-time, 9-month faculty position that will begin August 13, 2026. Review of applications will begin July 20, 2026 and will continue until July 27th.
The primary roles and responsibilities associated with this position include teaching doctoral level coursework, serving as a dissertation chair and/or committee member, and advising students.
