Job description

Senior Director, Ecommerce Marketing
At Torani, we've been transforming the beverage experience for customers and consumers around the globe, for more than 100 years - and we're just getting started! As Ecommerce continues to be a strategic growth engine for our business, we're seeking a bold, innovative leader who is excited to elevate our digital presence and help take our Ecommerce business to its next stage of growth. As we rapidly advance towards our vision of becoming a $1 billion brand, there's never been a better time to join our team and make a lasting impact.
You are a strategic Ecommerce leader who is energized by growth, innovation, and creating memorable consumer experiences. You excel at building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results across digital channels. You're looking for a place where your leadership can make a real difference and your ideas can shape what's next. If you're excited by that opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. We're a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You'll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.
SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-24 months):
  • Strategic Thought Leader: This role is at the center of one of our most important growth strategies, setting the vision and leading the execution of bold, multi-year Ecommerce strategies in close collaboration with Sales. You'll also work with leaders across Marketing, IT MarTech, Finance and beyond to develop integrated omni-channel plans that connect digital marketing, brand marketing, and customer facing initiatives. Just as importantly, you'll help us define how we continue to evolve Ecommerce across the organization.
  • Business Owner: You own a significant growth engine for the business, with accountability for the end to end (E2E) experience, revenue, profit, and market share goals. Your success is a result of balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence leveraging strong P&L management, accurate forecasting and thoughtful investment decisions.
  • Ecommerce Go-to-Market Guru: You live and breathe Ecommerce, turning insights into growth opportunities. From personalization, SEO and audience segmentation to leveraging MarTech capabilities and data-driven optimization, you'll help us create smarter, more effective digital experiences. You're energized by learning, and finding new ways to win in a rapidly evolving landscape. Whether it's identifying consumer trends or uncovering marketplace opportunities you're always looking around corners to help maintain our competitive edge.
  • People & Organizational Coach: This role is about more than leading a team. It's about helping Torani become more digitally savvy. Together with your team, you'll serve as the go-to resource and center of excellence for all things Ecommerce. You'll build talent, develop future leaders, and foster an environment where curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning is celebrated. Your help will elevate the digital capabilities of the entire organization.
  • Influencer & Partner Management Extraordinaire: The best ideas come to life when great people work together, and building strong relationships is one of your superpowers. You know how to bring internal teams, agency partners, brokers, and other key stakeholders together around a shared vision and common goals. Through trust, collaboration, and influence, you'll create alignment and drive seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. Your ability to connect people and ideas will be instrumental in advancing Ecommerce growth and delivering meaningful results.
  • You Create Fun: You shape environments where people are motivated, connected, and can enjoy the process - not just the outcomes.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning in Ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Approximately 15+ years of progressive marketing and Ecommerce experience, including at least 5 years of managing an Ecommerce business and scaling Amazon, Marketplace, and DTC businesses. CPG, food & beverage experience preferred.
  • Successful people leader with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and managing external agencies, retail media networks and strategic partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue, profit, and growth through effective Ecommerce strategies, performance marketing, SEO, segmentation, personalization, and consumer-centric business plans.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar Ecommerce P&Ls, budgets, retail media investments, Amazon 3PL, 3P reseller relationships, and brand protection initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies and leading complex digital marketing initiatives that drive business results across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Ecommerce channels (DTC, B2C, and B2B) and familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Tableau, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Commerce.
