Required Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience required
  • B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific discipline with approximately 5 years of relevant experience, OR
  • M.S. with approximately 1-3 years of relevant pharma/biotech industry experience
  • Hands-on laboratory experience supporting biologics/protein drug development
  • Experience in at least one of the following:
  • Drug product formulation and/or process development, OR
  • Analytical development/testing of biologics or protein therapeutics
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and interpret laboratory studies
  • Strong scientific troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze experimental results and make recommendations for subsequent studies
  • Strong laboratory documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Irvine, CA
