GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
What you'll be doing:
SHIFT: 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7 am-3:30 pm
The Digital Process and Maintenance Technician has a variety of responsibilities to maintain consistent performance, quality, and safety of equipment and software used in the Digital production department. This technician is also to manage and replenish sales inventory needed for production services, and all consumables needed to maintain the equipment in use.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and software issues during production and correct and repair all possible issues to return the software and equipment to service as soon as possible.
  • Diagnose software issues and restore communication between equipment and software.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, testing, adjustments and calibration of all production equipment.
  • Analyze periodic printer test prints to identify and diagnose issues, and perform adjustments and repairs as necessary to maintain print quality and consistency with all other equipment.
  • Gain capability to operate all Digital equipment to effectively identify and correct issues, and assist production with completion of customer orders.
  • Manage and perform weekly replenishment of sales inventory needed for production orders.
  • Maintain and replenish consumables and parts needed for production equipment.
  • Unload and receive in freight deliveries as necessary, and assist with shipping orders when needed.
  • Assist with the development and evaluation of new products, equipment, and processes.

What we are looking for:
  • Microsoft Office Excel and Word software skills.
  • Basic math skills, including understanding of and ability to convert between the imperial and metric systems.
  • Understanding of and able to use a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and meters needed in the performing of the duties listed above.
  • Able to understand and assist with color management and profiling.
  • Able to research equipment and study skills to perform all tasks at the highest level possible.
  • Forklift operation certification.
  • Lifting capability up to 80 pounds.
