The Job:

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Director of Digital Products to lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of digital products that transform the post-purchase customer experience. This leader will drive innovative solutions across after-sales services, mobile training, enterprise workflows, and connected product experiences, partnering closely with our Product Design, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer value.

The Director will own product vision, roadmap, and execution while ensuring digital products solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You'll get to:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for after-sales experiences, including, warranty, repair, service, customer support, and self-service.
  • Lead the product strategy for mobile applications that deliver product education, training, safety awareness, certifications, and AI-powered guidance.
  • Develop enterprise workflow solutions that connect customers, service centers, distributors, field teams, and internal business operations.
  • Drive product discovery through customer research, business collaboration, analytics, and market insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with the Product Design team to translate customer needs into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable web, mobile, and connected applications using Agile product development practices.
  • Prioritize product backlogs, define MVPs, and lead product execution from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and AI capabilities to optimize product adoption, engagement, and business performance.
  • Establish product governance, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric decision making.

The Person:

    • Enterprise workflows
    • Customer self-service
    • Field service
    • Digital learning and training
  • Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Design, Engineering, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
