The Director, Digital Learning & Adoption is responsible for ensuring internal teams are equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge to adopt and maximize the value of Link's technology products. The Director will oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable learning programs. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach who can drive cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a team of learning content developers and product trainers (full-time and/or contract), fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute a product learning and adoption roadmap aligned with business priorities and the product lifecycle.

  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.

  • Learning Program Design & Delivery

  • Design and implement scalable learning programs delivered via multiple learning modalities.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify product knowledge gaps and enablement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure training content aligns with agile release cycles and organizational goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on product adoption and learning strategies.

  • Build strong relationships across business units, project teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and adoption.

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics for learning and adoption initiatives; use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve the learner experience.

  • Stay current on trends in product enablement, adult learning theory, and digital adoption strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's preferred.

  • 7-10+ years in Learning & Development, Product Enablement, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, digital learning technologies, and product adoption strategies.

  • Experience standing up or scaling a product enablement function in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Proficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise); experience with Workday Learning is a plus.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align long-term vision with short-term execution.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and lead both full-time and contract staff.

  • Creative problem-solving with a focus on improving systems, workflows, and performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with excellent attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

$190,000 - $200,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
