Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary: 
The Director, Business Strategy - Digital Twin & Asset Strategy provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the development and execution of comprehensive program strategies. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages resource allocation, and ensures operational excellence through continuous process improvement and performance evaluation. The Director fosters strong partnerships, promotes ethical standards, and supports talent development to build high-performing teams. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with senior leadership, this position advances organizational goals while maintaining a focus on delivering value and sustainable business results.  About the team: 
The Digital Twin & Asset Management team leads the digital foundation for Walmart’s physical assets within Facility Services. They develop and maintain trusted asset views, set standards for onboarding and managing connected systems, and enable telemetry and insights for efficient operations. Collaborating closely with Global Tech and Security, the team ensures alignment with technology, data, and security governance to manage risk and support growth. Positioned at the intersection of facilities, technology, and operations, the team builds platform capabilities that enhance asset visibility, lifecycle management, analytics, automation, and future AI applications.  What you'll do... 
  • Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and evaluate enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by assessing operational processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices.
  • Oversee program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and stakeholder feedback to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Foster talent development by supporting workforce planning, mentoring, and succession strategies.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships and communicate program goals to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer focus across all initiatives.

  • Extensive experience in program management with proven leadership in directing cross-functional teams and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment with business objectives and operational processes.
  • Expertise in performance management, including analyzing key performance indicators and guiding return-on-investment evaluations.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements aligned with company strategy and best practices.
  • Proficiency in asset management, data governance, and leveraging digital tools such as telemetry and AI innovation.
  • Demonstrated capability in workforce development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Skilled in decision making and fostering continuous learning and adaptability within teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
