PC Deployment Technician

Location: Antioch, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Overview

We are seeking two PC Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale enterprise PC refresh project. This position will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and deploying new Windows devices while ensuring a seamless transition for end users. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, assist with data migration activities, and collaborate closely with the IT team to deliver an efficient and positive user experience.

This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with employees at all organizational levels, including leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, image, configure, and deploy Windows-based devices for end users.
  • Coordinate deployment schedules and communicate effectively with users throughout the device replacement process.
  • Assist users with transferring files, accounts, and settings to newly deployed devices.
  • Support OneDrive registration, synchronization, and validation of successful data transfers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune Company Portal to install, verify, and troubleshoot required applications.
  • Remotely access and validate pre-imaged devices before deployment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after device deployments.
  • Document deployment activities, issues, resolutions, and user interactions accurately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
