Job Description
Associate Director, Data Strategy & Business Intelligence Integration & Colabs, AbbVie US LLC, South San Francisco, California. [Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days WFH eligible)].
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing a strategy & executing the roadmap for the Healthcare Provider (HCP) & Account data ecosystem across current & emerging business areas.
  • Partner closely with Media, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science & Technology teams to advance strategic initiatives by designing & implementing new data, analytics, & BI capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing development & management to a team of data professionals.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field required, & 5 years of work experience performing a combination of data analysis, data management, marketing analytics & modeling on internal & syndicated data sources.
Of experience required must have 5 years:
  1. working in a matrixed environment synthesizing input from commercial & technology stakeholders,
  2. leading unstructured projects, responsible for taking concepts from stakeholders & translating them into solution designs,
  3. defining, resourcing, & executing projects from concept to delivery for cross business stakeholders.
  4. collaborating with stakeholders and delivering insights using HCP or account level claims data.

Of experience required must have 2 years:
  1. utilizing business intelligence or visualization platforms for data analysis & presentations,
  2. developing data processing & data warehousing strategies, including database design & business architecture,
  3. influencing the development of IT processes required to support analytic data consumption, &
  4. in a data strategy role.
  5. working with or creating IC grade data for Field Sales teams.

Work experience may be gained concurrently.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $252,160.75 - $268,500.00 per year.
