Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc. is seeking an IT System Analyst II - Analytical Reporting & Modernization to support a federal report automation and data modernization program.
The IT System Analyst II will serve as a hands-on data and reporting modernization analyst/developer, combining technical implementation with analytical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
This role emphasizes analytical reporting, Tableau and data visualization, front-end/user facing modernization, and data quality, while maintaining sufficient technical depth to support shared development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities across the program.

Additional Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship is required for normal system access.
  • Candidate must be able to meet applicable Federal background, security, privacy, training, and system-access requirements.
  • Experience with Federal CUI and/or PII environments is preferred.
  • Existing or recent DHS suitability/EOD, prior DHS badge/system access, or related Federal access experience is preferred.
  • Work is primarily remote, and travel is not anticipated.
  • Occasional support outside normal business hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required.
  • Employment for this position is contingent upon contract award.
