What you'll do:

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee model design, validation, and scaling to ensure accuracy, robustness, and sustainability.
• Translate complex business requirements into data strategies and actionable insights.
• Guide teams in coding, testing, and documentation of analytical models and applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data-driven approaches into operational processes.
• Mentor and develop talent to build a high-performing data science workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data ecosystem management to drive business value.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
