  • Location: Wilmington, DE / Philadelphia, PA
  • Compensation: $110K-$160K (DOE) + ~20% Annual Bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration projects across mission-critical facilities.
  • Manage construction schedules, project budgets, and subcontractor coordination activities.
  • Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee BMS controls integration, HVAC upgrades, and associated facility systems.
  • Review, interpret, and validate control drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate site activities with engineers, vendors, trades, and project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot field issues, provide technical guidance, and resolve construction-related challenges.
  • Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining accuracy, quality, and scope adherence.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and controls engineering.
  • Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractor activities effectively.
  • Skilled in reviewing and interpreting control drawings, plans, and system specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Exposure to mission-critical or data center environments is highly beneficial.
