Essential Functions

The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production related data from various sources (DNA, Salesforce, Encompass, etc.), and publish insights and findings.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Dashboards and other reporting tools (Encompass/Salesforce) to track trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Maintain Salesforce/Encompass user profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide "day to day" support to users, including managing FAQ, troubleshooting, and workflow development.
  • Act as liaison to Learning & Development, offering subject matter expertise of new and existing functionality, to assist in curriculum development.
  • Conduct routine testing and execute quality assurance procedures (QA) of data systems.
  • With sales leaders: Create, manage, and monitor sales campaigns, ensuring leads and opportunities are distributed as required, with timely disposition.
  • Oversee data transmissions to other entities, vendors, and investors (FNMA, etc.) while ensuring data security protocols are honored

  • Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
  • Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
  • Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Bank's internal privacy and ethics standards.

Relationships and Contacts

Internal: Reports to Salesforce & Data Administration Manager; Frequent communication with Team Members and Stakeholders in various areas and levels throughout the Bank.

External: Occasional contact with current and prospective customers as well as the banks third party vendors.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university; or 3-5 years banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail banking, preferably in either consumer loan originations, sales, or consumer loan product management.
  • Encompass experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.

Working Conditions

Traditional office environment with ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis; the office maintains five day a week operation (Monday - Friday) with operational hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
