We are currently in the middle of our capital raise and are building the financial foundation to scale correctly.

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Fractional CFO with direct experience of operating inside a crypto-driven company. This role is designed for a leader who understands both startup velocity and the financial discipline required in digital asset markets.

Role Overview

As Fractional CFO, you will spearhead the companyโ€™s financial strategy and build out its financial infrastructure during this pivotal growth stage. The role has strong potential to transition into a full-time position, depending on the companyโ€™s financial performance and evolving needs.

You will work closely with founders to establish institutional-grade financial systems while maintaining the agility required in a high-growth crypto environment.

This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on architecture, clarity, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with protocol growth
  • Build forecasting models, burn analysis, and runway planning
  • Design budgeting and capital allocation frameworks
  • Prepare investor-ready financial reporting and board materials
  • Implement internal financial controls and reporting structure
  • Support tokenomics and treasury strategy from a financial oversight perspective
  • Assist in capital raise financial structuring and investor diligence
Crypto Treasury & Risk Oversight
  • Implement volatility mitigation and risk management strategies
  • Establish frameworks for on-chain and off-chain asset transparency
  • Develop reporting structures suitable for institutional partners
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in financial leadership roles
  • Prior experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive at a startup
  • Strong modeling and forecasting expertise

  • Direct experience within a crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-based company
  • Experience participating in capital raises or token launches
  • Familiarity with crypto accounting standards and regulatory considerations
