Job description

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent warehouse in the Carol Stream, IL area, is seeking Warehouse Pickers to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Warehouse Picker
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Man-Up Cherry Picker to accurately pick customer orders.
  • Verify inventory quantities using warehouse management systems and stock reports.
  • Assemble, wrap, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Inspect and validate order accuracy before shipping.
  • Label shipments with the correct customer information.
  • Assist with shipping documentation and Bills of Lading as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, walkie riders, and scissor lifts.
  • Load and unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
  • Ship confirm orders for inventory and invoicing purposes.
  • Cross-train in shipping, receiving, stocking, and other warehouse functions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Experience operating a Man-Up Cherry Picker is required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, walkie riders, and scissor lifts.
