Emphasizes iterative design and engineering problem-solving and connects robotics to mechanical engineering, computer science, and artificial intelligence applications.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with robotics curricula and competition platforms including FIRST, VEX, and Arduino-based programs, and common challenges such as debugging hardware-software integration, understanding control systems, and managing team-based design projects. Adapts instruction using hands-on building activities, programming tutorials, and competition preparation to support students from elementary introductory robotics through advanced competition and engineering levels.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
