The Global Commercial Intelligence & Strategy Operations Leader role within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) for Immunology will be the main point of contact for all the strategic projects in the Immunology team, as well as the lead for analytics, market research, forecasting and competitive intelligence function for Immunology. The role will be a core member of the GCSO Immunology Leadership Team and will be partner closely with senior leaders in the planning and execution of key projects. This individual will lead a team of 5 directors and over 10 indirect team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of Strategic Projects with GCSO Immunology LT- Lead broad-based strategic projects for the Immunology TA with full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact such as co-positioning of multiple assets. Oversight and execution of strategic deliverables for Immunology. Work independently to oversee multiple projects simultaneously; responsible for contributing to and independently developing business strategies.

  • Global Commercial Insights- Lead the team that builds and maintains fact based, future-market oriented situation analyses including differentiated value propositions and target product profiles. Identifies data/insight gaps. Influences the development of benchmarks and best practices for Forecasting, Market Research and Intel leveraging in- and external best practices, from within the TA and beyond. Has a drive to innovate and evolve the way Commercial Intelligence is gathered and used, proactively seeks opportunities to integrate new approaches and technologies for more effective and efficient Commercial Intelligence approaches. Utilize commercial insights to develop actionable dashboards and performance relevant metrics.

  • Business Cycle Deliverables- Drive and coordinate core business cycle deliverables for TA including annual BP, G&Os, TA updates to Sr. Executives and other reviews

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry is required.

  • Business experience with solid business acumen (previous experience managing P&L) is desired.

  • Immunology background is preferred

  • Experience in a commercial function is required (marketing, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or related function)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects required

  • An understanding of major trends and dynamics in the pharmaceutical sector required

  • The ability to build and maintain credibility with senior leaders is required

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries required

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently required

  • A proven track record of success in ambiguous and complex environments required

  • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.

This role will be based in Horsham, Pennsylvania and may require up to 10% domestic and / or international travel.
