Join Our Team as a CNC Lathe Programmer at Worth Products in Snow Hill, NC

Are you a skilled Machinist looking for a new opportunity to grow your career? Look no further than Careers at Worth Products! We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented lathe programmer to join our team in Snow Hill, NC. We are looking a lead person to take over the daily management of our jobs in our lathe area and support the family culture of the shop.

$25.00 - $35.00 hourly based on experience, Quarterly Bonuses
Company Paid Life Insurance

Holiday Pay
401K with Employer Match

10 Hour Workdays- 6am-4:45pm
Day Shift
Monday - Thursday (as needed on Fridays)

Requirements:

2 Year Degree in Machining, or 5 Years Relevant Experience

Must be able to program with Gibbs Cam software
Ability to Read and Interpret Documents such as Drawings, Work Orders, and Instructions.
Strong Math Skills, Including Fractions, Decimals, and Metric Conversion.
Knowledge of Metal Cutting and Machining Practices.

Applicant must be familiar with 2 axis and Y axis turning centers.
