Responsibilities

The MYPAC Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the clinical, operational, and administrative success of the program. This position serves as both a leader and hands-on contributor, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant care while promoting best practices and team development. The MYPAC Supervisor provides direct client services, mentors staff, and helps drive day-to-day operations to support overall program effectiveness and growth.

  • Provide direct care services to clients while ensuring all documentation meets Health Connect America standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a clinical and operational leader by modeling best practices, professional standards, and adherence to policies and timelines.
  • Participate in and support treatment team collaboration to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
  • Review and maintain treatment documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness.
  • Support daily program operations, including client admissions, staff scheduling, training coordination, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with staff development through mentorship, onboarding, training support, and licensure supervision (if applicable).
  • Contribute to program growth and performance by supporting strategic planning, budgeting, quality improvement initiatives, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Licensure or license-eligibility as required by state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience in clinical mental health services, preferably in community-based settings.
  • Experience in leadership and management is preferred.
