Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to client needs.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to promote best practices in clinical care.
  • Engage in community outreach and partnership development to expand service offerings.
Requirements:
